RECO REGE 15 FEB 1

-34441/10
sir,
Government House
14th. January, 1911.
With reference to your Despatch
No. 339 of the 25th. of November, I have the honour to
transmit copy of Gazette Not if ication No. 97 of 22nd.
March, 1910, containing an Order of the Governor-in-Council
under Section 9 of the Pharmacy Ordinance, 1908, and to
state that the words "named and described in Schedule A to
the Principal Ordinance" were used in Section 2 of Ordi-
-nance 9 of 1910 owing to the fact that the Foisons named
and described in the Schedule to the Ordinance had been
declared poisons under the Principel Ordinance by the
Order-in-Council referred to, and that you are correct in
your assumption that the definition of 'Poison' means any
article named both in the Schedule A to the Principal
Ordinance and in the Schedule to Ordinance 9 of 1910.
